How much does shipping cost? |
 |
| $17.00 for the first PainSolv shipped, $8.50 for the second and free for every product after that. Isurance is included in the shipping cost. |

How long does shipping take? |
 |
| Shipping is via Canada Post and normally takes under 7 business days. |
 |
What happens if my product is lost or damaged during shipping? |
 |
| The customer must provide Canada Post with reasonable particulars in support of a claim, including the following documentation: |
 |
- Proof of mailing showing coverage.
- Proof of postage and, if applicable, additional liability coverage obtained and paid.
- Proof of value such as a copy of invoice, or other information acceptable to Canada Post showing proof of senders cost, repair cost, depreciation value, replacement value, of any of the items being claimed.
- Any non-recoverable provincial sales tax.

What do I do if I need to take advantage of my warranty? |

| Call the customer hotline at 1-250-337-4088 and inform the representative of your problem.They will attempt to troubleshoot with you first, then if the problem cannot be easily rectified, they will walk you through the process to get your unit repaired or replaced. |

Do you provide quantity discounts? |

| Yes! To take advantage of quantity discounts, please call our customer hotline at 1-250-337-4088 or email sales@painsolve.ca with your name, phone number, company (if applicable), the quantities you would like to order and where you would like them to be shipped. |

Can I become a distributor, retailer or e-tailer? |

| Yes, you just need to qualify. To qualify, you can either call the customer hotline at 1-250-337-4088 and go through the questions with a representative or email sales@painsolv.ca with your name, company name, contact information, existing distribution area, and any other relevant information, such as the volume you think you can move. A representative will get in touch with you within 2 business days to discuss the details and to go over the numbers with you. |
